Happy Spring! As we move into a season of more active and rapidly changing weather, we’re beginning to see the types of storm events that can produce sharp rises in stream levels and localized flooding. This is a great time to remind everyone to regularly check and share the real-time hydrostation data available on the Iowa Flood Information System.
All hydrostation data (current and historic) can be accessed on the historical data platform. Each yellow square on the map represents a hydrostation. Click on the hydrostation of interest to view available data.
