Request for Proposals (RFP) can be intimidating. They don't all look the same and they may not fit the mold of traditional submissions. As we pivot to more diversified funding, this session will be beneficial to understand how to help our faculty interpret and maneuver around the RFP. Join NCURA for an afternoon of learning and conversation.
Learning Objectives
Participants will be able to:
- Understand RFPs and funding announcements
- Understand who governs RFPs
- Deconstruct the RFP:
- Language interpretation
- Sponsor crosswalk
- Writing for the Reviewer
- Dissect the Terms and Conditions
- Interpret out to the PI
- Understand best methods and proven techniques
Webinar Format: 90-minute presentation, followed by 55 minutes of discussion.
