January Wellness Updates

January is a time to reflect on the past and look forward to the new year. liveWELL, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and Family Services are excited to support your health and well-being journey in 2025.

Complete your 2025 PHA in January for a chance to win extra prizes. To celebrate campus well-being, liveWELL will randomly draw four $50 gift card winners on Fridays in January: January 10, 17, 24 and 31. Additionally, everyone who completes the PHA in January will have two chances to win $250!
