May 2025 Hydrostation Report

Hydrostation Partners and Hosts,

Please see the May hydrostation report below.

This month, the Iowa Flood Center hosted students from Albion College at the Johnson County Historic Poor Farm as part of an Earth and Environmental Studies course trip of the Upper Mississippi River Watershed. Students learned about how data from hydrologic monitoring stations across the state are being used to better understand Iowa's flood and drought conditions. The Iowa Flood Center team hosts and participates in over 80 outreach events across the state annually including community meetings, professional learning events, STEM festivals, and education events. If you have an event you would like us to attend, contact us
