Colin Kenny, assistant professor of surgery — surgical oncology and endocrine surgery in the UI Carver College of Medicine, is using zebrafish to study how a rare eye cancer occurs and responds to treatment. His team uses zebrafish as a model to identify what drug treatments are most effective and improve care for patients who have few treatment options.
