The program aims to empower scientists and engineers to launch independent research programs while addressing urgent energy challenges. In addition to research funding, IGNIITE includes dedicated events, meetings, and opportunities to engage with ARPA-E and the broader energy innovation community. The concept paper deadline is May 29, 2026.

The CDMRP anticipates the release of the Neurofibromatosis and Prostate Cancer Research Programs.
The CDMRP has released pre-announcements for the Neurofibromatosis and Prostate Cancer Research Programs, supporting high-impact research for Service Members, Veterans, and the public. Many opportunities require a pre-application before full proposals, so early review is encouraged. Applicants for CDMRP opportunities should expect shortened timelines for both pre-applications and full submissions.
