HealthCareID Account Unlock Tool

If you have accidentally locked your HealthCareID account after too many failed authentications, you can use this tool to unlock your account. A common cause of a locked account is forgetting to update your password on all of your devices.

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Password Reset Tool.

Upon verification of your identity, you will be guided through a series of questions to prove your identity.
