Verify HawkID

If you have accidentally locked your account after too many failed authentications, you can use this tool to unlock your account. A common cause of a locked account is forgetting to update your password on all of your devices.

Upon verification of your identity, you will receive a mobile push notification, phone call or text message you will use to reset your password.
