2022 Health and Well-Being Fair

All University of Iowa employees are invited to attend the 2022 Health and Well-Being Fair.

When: Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2022, 7:30 a.m.–2 p.m.
Where: UI Field House Main Deck

What to expect 

You will be sure to have a meaningful experience at the Health & Well-Being Fair. Whether you are gaining a new social connection, learning something about your personal health, receiving your annual flu vaccine, or admiring the architecture and art within the historical UI Field House this annual event is sure to boost your well-being.

Hotel space available

If you are interested in coming to campus for the Health and Well-Being Fair and would like to work in Jessup Hall that day, we do have hotel space available. There are also spaces available in the CoWork Commons at UCC.

Working at Iowa Survey – Prize Opportunities

The Working at Iowa Survey is open through Thursday, Oct. 27. You should have received a personal link asking you to complete the survey on Oct. 12 from survey-bounce@survey.uiowa.edu.

We are striving for 100% completion by the Office of the Registrar staff, and we are currently at 60%. Please complete your survey today!

To show appreciation for you taking the time to answer, Office of the Provost HR is providing a prize opportunity. Three lucky winners will be selected to pick an Iowa “swag” item of your choice (t-shirt, coffee tumbler, etc.) up to a $20 value.

How to enter

1. Complete the WAI Survey prior to the Oct. 27 deadline.
2. Once complete – send an email to prov-uc-hr@uiowa.edu that contains the following:
   1. Subject line listing: last name, WAI.
   2. In the body of the message, please include your favorite (work appropriate) GIF/meme, and the link where you found it.

To paste a GIF into email: right click the GIF, chose copy image, paste it into your email.

To be eligible for a prize, please submit your GIF/meme email no later than 5 p.m. on Nov. 11, 2022.

Departmental incentive

As an added bonus this year, they are also offering a departmental incentive. The department with the highest completion percentage will have a chance to win a shareable snack prize, of the department's choice (i.e., donuts, cookies).
