Benefits of Eating the Rainbow

Red foods contain nutrients that reduce the risk of cancer, diabetes and heart disease.

Orange foods contain nutrients that aid in immune function and benefit eye health.

Green foods detox the body and help give you energy.

Blue and purple foods aid in decreasing inflammation.

Brown and white foods improve bone and heart health.

Chicken and Rainbow Vegetables

This recipe offers a wide variety of vegetables to pair with a great source of protein. Sheet pan dinners are simple to put together and offer flexibility. If you don't like the assortment of vegetables chosen by the chef, look in your kitchen to swap them out with vegetables that you prefer!
