2023 Tax Statements Now Available
2023 Tax Statements are now available in Employee Self-Services. To access your W-2 and/or Affordable Care Act (ACA) 1095 form, select Time & Pay > Taxes > Year-End Tax Information. If you did not opt-in for online delivery, you will receive these forms through the mail.

Microsoft Copilot Now Available for Faculty and Staff
Microsoft Copilot is the preferred generative AI for University of Iowa employees. Copilot is a web-based chat interface that can help you with various tasks, such as writing, coding, data analysis, summarizing documents, creating images, and more. UI employees can visit copilot.microsoft.com and log in using a HawkID and password.
Visit Information Technology Services' website for full login instructions and more information on Copilot. | | Welcoming our Newest Hawkeye - Tomas Arbouin Quintana Carolina Quintana Grijalba, MD in the division of Critical Care welcomed a son on October 26, 2023, at 11:33 a.m. Tomas Arbouin Quintana weighed 7 lbs., 4 oz., and was 19 inches long. Dr. Quintana Grijalba said, "We have been so happy and also surviving now with a toddler and a newborn, craziness as you might imagine." Congratulations to Dr. Quintana Grijalba and her family!
Parking Permit Reminders for Snowy Situations
Do you need help getting out of a snowy situation in a university parking lot? Help from the Parking and Transportation team is just a phone call away. In addition to clearing snow, their department can help you if your vehicle is stuck in a university parking lot. Call parking dispatch at (319) 335-8312, and they will coordinate getting help to your location.
The Parking and Transportation Department offers a Motorist Assistance Program for students, faculty, staff, and visitors on the main campus. This program is free and offered year-round, except university holidays. Some of the services available are; help freeing a vehicle stuck in university parking locations, battery jump starts, and help finding your vehicle on campus. | | | Spring Medical Spanish Course Open for Enrollment This course is designed for health care providers - physicians, advanced practice providers, resident physicians, fellows, and staff - with an intermediate to advanced level of Spanish. The focus will be medical Spanish terminology, pronunciation, and gaining confidence in obtaining a basic medical history and perfomring a physical examination of Spanish-speaking patients through role playing. The course will also cover cultural practices and health beliefs unique to the Latinx/Hispanic community.
The virtual course begins Tuesday, March 25, 2024, or Thursday, March 28, 2024, and takes place weekly for eight weeks.

A reception with light refreshments and a book signing will immediately follow the lecture from 1:00 - 1:00 p.m. in the Jean E. and Renee P. Robillard Atrium.
