This message is being sent to all campus contacts that receive program of study (POS) memo updates via email from the Office of the Registrar.
At the request of the Office of the Provost and University College, I have updated MAUI to reflect the following changes:
Academic Organization
A department name has been changed from Center for Diversity and Enrichment to Center for Inclusive Academic Excellence. This change is effective May 16, 2022.
Course Subject
The subject acronym CIAE has been created for course offerings. This subject is tied to the Center for Inclusive Academic Excellence department. It is available immediately for use in submitting course approval forms.
Programs of Study
At this time, no programs of study are affected by this change.
