Dubuque Street to reopen to vehicles at the end of this week
After months of construction, Dubuque Street from Iowa Avenue to Washington Street in downtown Iowa City will reopen to vehicle traffic at the end of this week. However, no parking will be allowed along the street until work along the curbs is completed and meters are installed.
