National Nutrition Month Food Demonstrations: liveWELL and UI HHP students are hosting 30-minute food demos in March during the lunch hour. There are two remaining opportunities to participate!

liveWELL Eat Well Cookbook: Explore options to include fruits or vegetables into snacks, including nutritious dips that pair perfectly.

Each week during the challenge, liveWELL Health Coaches will offer a 15-minute Zoom activity that corresponds with a bingo space for that week. All activities will take place from 12:00-12:15 pm. Register for the first activity, Building Balanced Snacks, tomorrow with Maddy Coyne!
