We are excited to announce the 2025 Research Administrator Meetings, presented by the Division of Sponsored Programs (DSP) and the Grant Accounting Office (GAO). All meetings will be virtual. A link to each meeting will be shared via a Research Administration Dispatch (RAD) prior to each meeting date. The meetings will be recorded and posted to a Sharepoint site available for campus access.
The purpose of the meetings is to share updates on policies and procedures, and address questions or concerns related to research administration.

Non-monetary Routing Form Preview
DSP will preview the revised Non-monetary Routing Form, which is tentatively scheduled for release in late February 2025. This session will provide an overview of the updates and enhancements made to the form. The updated version of the Non-monetary Routing Form will more closely resemble the current Proposal Routing Form and will include fields to capture information that is more pertinent to the specific type of non-monetary agreement.
We encourage you to attend this session to get acquainted with the new form and to gain insights into the reasons behind the information being collected.
