Klingenstein Third Generation Foundation Issues Call for Proposals for the Transformation of Mental Health Care Program.

The foundation is inviting applications from academic researchers to explore innovative methods for accessing or delivering mental health care or prevention strategies that can be scaled up. This call is for high-quality research that builds on successful pilot studies and aims to develop a larger demonstration project.

Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation Supports Early-Career Researchers in Pediatric Cancer.

The Young Investigator Grant is a three-year award aimed at supporting early-career researchers, including postdoctoral fellows, clinical fellows, and instructors, who are working on promising childhood cancer research projects. The goal of these grants is to nurture the most talented researchers who are dedicated to a career in pediatric cancer research. Applicants must have a mentor and include a career development plan in their application.

Reminder: NSF: Scholarships in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (S-STEM)

Description: The main goal of the S-STEM program is to enable low-income students with academic ability, talent or potential to pursue successful careers in promising STEM fields. Ultimately, the S-STEM program seeks to increase the number of academically promising low-income students who graduate with a S-STEM eligible degree and contribute to the American innovation economy with their STEM knowledge. 
Limitation: two applications per institution
Internal Submission Deadline: Tuesday, January 21, 2025
Sponsor Deadline: Tuesday, March 4, 2025
