DARPA requests proposals for computational simulations for E. Coli.
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is soliciting proposals to create generalizable and comprehensive computational simulations to predict the behavior of individual Escherichia coli. Simulation software will also be tailored to forecast bacteria function in various user-defined scenarios. Innovations to simulate and measure E. coli will inform one another and accelerate progress towards a generalizable and comprehensive simulation software platform to predict E. coli behavior.
NEH request applications to the Institutes for Advanced Topics in the Digital Humanities Program.
The program supports national or regional (multistate) training programs for scholars, humanities professionals, and advanced graduate students to broaden and extend their knowledge of digital humanities.
