  • Spring 2024/Winter 2023 registration is ongoing. If you haven't already, schedule an appointment to meet with your advisor to discuss your spring courses and receive authorization. 
  • Already registered for Spring 2024? Run an updated degree audit and make sure that your spring courses are fulfilling requirements for your degree. If a course is not showing up in the degree audit to meet a requirement as you expected, email your advisor to check on it.

New Student Job Opportunity with Global Ties!

Global Ties Iowa is currently hiring a Communications Fellows for 2024! This is a paid, hybrid position that that enhances the effective implementation of Global Ties Iowa programs. This position will spend the Spring 2024 semester learning from the current Communications Coordinator ($1500 stipend). Then, during the summer, they will transition into the role of Communications Coordinator ($15 per hour) and remain in this position through at least Fall 2024.

Student staff members play a critical role in the success of Global Ties Iowa's mission. This is a great opportunity to contribute significantly to the operations of an internationally connected non-profit, right here in Iowa City.
