What's going on? This month we would like to highlight the results of the visioning workshop from September where staff volunteers shared their experiences, ideas, and plans for the College. The objective was to develop input and recommendations on: hybrid work arrangements, communication within the college, performance reviews, and staff contributions to the strategic plan and DEI.
