Back to the Basics is a group coaching series that empowers University of Iowa employees to focus on four foundations of well-being: nutrition, physical activity, mental well-being, and sleep. Register for the upcoming programs.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

liveWELL partners with Brad Baldwin of Aperture to offer an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. The program begins on Wednesday, March 26. Obtain a referral by March 21, 2024.

National Nutrition Month Food Demonstrations

Each week in March, liveWELL is partnering with UI HHP students to host a 30-minute live food demo via Zoom during the lunch hour, featuring simple, nutritious recipes.

Back-Up Childcare

The University of Iowa partners with the local childcare center, Handicare Inc., to provide back-up childcare services in the case your child’s school or childcare program closes intermittently. Registration paperwork needs to be submitted in advance of securing this service.
