Physical Activity
Physical activity is important for our physical, social, and mental well-being. Whether it’s going for a walk, going to the gym, dancing, playing a sport, or any movement you enjoy, finding joy in physical activity makes it a great practice to integrate into your daily life! No matter where you're at in life, it is never too late to jumpstart or improve your physical activity. Consider using some of these resources to aid you on your journey:
Register for Lunchtime Activities
Each week during the challenge, liveWELL Health Coaches will offer a 15-minute Zoom activity that corresponds with a bingo space for that week. All activities will take place from 12:00-12:15 pm. Register for this week's activity, Guided Stretching, with Erica Blaha.
