New non-monetary routing forms will be released on February 21, 2025. All non-monetary forms have been redesigned to improve efficiency, gather needed data to speed DSP review, and align the form with the existing monetary proposal routing form.
- All new non-monetary forms will now be initiated from the DSP Research Tracker; there is no separate submission process for outgoing MTAs;
- Each form will be specific to the type of agreement you need to route for review and will eliminate the need to complete ancillary forms;
- The non-monetary form will follow the same universal workflow route as the proposal routing form;
- If your department or college would like the non-monetary form to follow a different path than the proposal routing form, your workflow admin may make a custom path and associate the non-monetary form with the custom path (the form is called “Non-Monetary Routing Form” in workflow). This can be done before the February 21 release date.
Any non-monetary forms that are not completed through workflow before 5pm on Thursday Feb. 20, 2025 will need to be restarted using the new form on Feb. 24, 2025.
