Register for Upcoming Programs

BinGO HAWKS

BinGO HAWKS is a five-week program that encourages faculty and staff to improve nutrition, physical activity, sleep, self-care, and financial well-being. Register now and start scoring bingos between March 24 and April 27!

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

liveWELL partners with Brad Baldwin of Aperture to offer an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. The program begins on Wednesday, March 26. Obtain a referral by March 21, 2025.

Back to the Basics

Back to the Basics is a group coaching series that empowers University of Iowa employees to focus on four foundations of well-being: nutrition, physical activity, mental well-being, and sleep.

Wondr Health

Wondr Health is a digital weight management program that can be done anytime, anywhere. Practice skills to increase physical activity, eat mindfully, manage weight, reduce stress, get more sleep, increase energy, and more.

National Nutrition Month Food Demonstrations

Each week in March, liveWELL is partnering with UI HHP students to host a 30-minute live food demo via Zoom during the lunch hour, featuring simple, nutritious recipes.

Emergency Hardship Fund

The UI Emergency Hardship Fund supports costs, of up to $1,000, related to an emergency event or crisis, resulting in financial hardship. If you are struggling financially due to an unforeseen hardship event, visit the webpage to determine if you are eligible.
