Degree Application Reminder

You are receiving this email because you may be eligible to apply for degree.

If you plan to complete degree requirements in summer 2023, you must submit a degree application for your degree to be awarded. The summer 2023 degree application deadline is Friday, June 9, 2023.

If you plan to complete degree requirements in fall 2023, you must submit a degree application for your degree to be awarded. The fall 2023 degree application deadline is Friday, September 29, 2023.

Please meet with your academic advisor to review your record and check that all coursework/requirements will be completed by the end of the session, before applying for degree.

Steps to Apply

Select the session during which you will complete all of your degree requirements.
Click start and complete the degree application.
Enter a diploma delivery address where you are certain your diploma can be delivered at that time. Your diploma will be sent six to eight weeks after the end of the session.
Click on the Apply button.

You will be asked to complete a survey with your degree application. After successful submission of both the survey and application, a confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen and an email will be sent to your university email account.

Important Reminders

It is your responsibility to apply for degree.
You should apply for degree for the session in which all of your degree requirements will be complete.
There are no fees associated with applying for degree; however, there are late fees for those applications submitted after the deadline.
Graduate students must be enrolled for the session they apply for degree.
