This program focuses on simple mindfulness practices to help you savor the season. As you navigate the mindful maze, you'll complete various tasks that take one, five, or ten minutes or more. The spot where you land in the maze will determine the length of the task you'll undertake.
Each week, we’ll highlight one activity from each time category. The goal of these daily activities is to encourage you to explore new ways to be mindful and see what works for you. You can choose a different activity each day or repeat your favorites from each time category as often as you like.
